or carrier that they are covered to install roofing, insist on a workers
compensation certificate. |

Roberts Contracting, Inc. in 1986. Roberts has thousands of references
dating back over ten years. We’ve had the same crew since 1999. |

What about a dumpster?
We have our own dump trucks as well as dumpsters available. Please
let our estimator know which you prefer. |

If there is rotted plywood or fascia, the price is clearly stated
in our proposal. |

We cover all shrubs, flowers and gardens with a tarp. Your flowers

With Roberts we take a small commitment deposit. The balance is paid

 |
How good is your warranty?
Our smart choice warranty is backed by GAF, 12 years labor and material
on defective products. After ten years the warranty is prorated, but
includes both labor and material. |

 |
Should we upgrade to a better shingle?
We recommend it in most cases. An upgrade will increase your warranty,
beautify your house, increase the resale value and the warranty is
transferable. |
We hope we’ve helped you to make an educated decision that will protect your greatest asset (your home) before, during and after your new roof is installed. |
