Roberts Contracting replaced three exterior doors, two windows in basement, and installed gutter guard protection.

Right away I was impressed with Beltway. Within a day or two of setting up an appointment with their sales staff, I received information not just on their products, but on the level of service and dedication to quality. They even included a copy of their insurance policy! Chris, from their sales department, came over to our house to show us what Beltway had to offer. Chris was nice, up front, and honest. He was in no way pushy. I can honestly say my wife and I enjoyed working with him, and in the end, I feel we got a quality product at a fair price. After putting in our order, everything worked like clockwork. They outlined a timeline of when things would approximately happen, and everything was completed accordingly.

A week and a half after our order was placed, Charlie, one of the owners, scheduled an appointment to get precise measurements for the doors and windows and about 3 weeks later their crew was out installing the new doors and windows. The guys on their crew were on time, professional, and worked all day to make sure everything was done right. Both Charlie and Oliver came by halfway through to check on the progress. Chris even came by to check things out. I had a tricky door frame situation in one case and the crew spent the time to make sure it fit perfectly. These guys absolutely know what they are doing and understand the word quality. It is refreshing, especially when you compare their work with the one door that was recently replaced by the previous owner. Beltway does not cut corners. Charlie also was extremely helpful with my gutter protection.

Beltway's gutter crew did a great job with the install and they even fixed one of the downspouts and end caps that needed replacement. Charlie also followed up the next day and made sure I was happy with the work and aware of some bigger issues with the actual gutters that will need to be addressed in the years to come. I will absolutely use Beltway again!

We ordered three custom security doors (one standard and one French door). We worked with the company on a custom design, they manufactured the doors to our specifications and installed them.

We had three visits - the sales rep was knowledgeable and professional and we ordered our doors on the spot. The door measuring took place during a weekday and was quick and efficient. The design team was a tiny bit slow, but responsive to our follow-up calls. Installation was done well and the doors turned out beautifully.

Roberts Contracting installed a custom front door and replaced an additional lock on an interior door leading to the garage so that the front door key would match the garage door lock. The installation of the garage door lock was done at no extra cost. The installation of the front door was done on time and my wife and I were pleased with the quality of the product and the quality of the installation. We did have to wait an additional week or so for the garage door lock to be fedexed to the company and installed. This was a minor inconvenience and throughout the wait their customer service representatives were helpful in keeping us in the picture.

I'm not an expert on pricing the installation of doors but assuming that the price we were quoted is fair (and I have no reason to believe otherwise) I would recommend Roberts Contracting because of their responsiveness and obvious willingness to please. Overall this was a good experience for us, the customers.

Description Of Work:

They replaced my windows, doors and siding. I now have 4 new doors and one French door. I have 17 new windows and the outside is vinyl siding. They completed the siding job in one week. To put in the doors it took one day. It took two days for the windows.

They did good job. Within just one week, I was able to get the appointment. There were two people working on the doors and two people working on the windows. They had two people assigned to the siding job. They cleaned up well after themselves.

The salesman and the workers were professional, punctual, and friendly. We were able to schedule the work very easy and quickly. Our windows were installed the day after they received them. The workers did a thorough job of cleaning up when they were finished. We also had a few small things that needed to be repaired after the job. They were quick to come out and take care of everything. We had an excellent experience!

Remove and dispose of 4 existing windows, screens, storm windows, etc. Custom-built and install 4 EnviroView double-hung windows, white with colonial contoured grids.

Looked for window companies online on 7/24 & narrowed it down to 3. Called Beltway first & made appt for Tues, 7/28. Received info packet/brochure via express mail on Fri, 7/25. Very impressed with Anthony Schreiber's (VP of Sales/Mktng) company track record of satisfied customers & his knowledge of the product so I wasn't interested in contacting the other companies. Rec'd called Fri 8/8 from Charlie to schedule measuring of windows on Sat 8/9. Was told windows would be ready around 3 wks.
I had requested if possible to have them installed by 9/8. Rec'd call from Charlie 8/20 that the windows were ready. Scheduled installation for Wed, 8/27. Was told installers would be arriving between 9am-10am.

That morning I had to run an errand at the last minute, notified the office and returned home around 10 am to find Ricky and Santos patiently waiting for me. They started the work immediately and finished the job at 4:15 pm. They were efficient, courteous and cleaned up neatly. The windows were so beautiful I wanted to cry! I'm looking forward to having 14 more new windows installed by the end of 2008.

The company replaced all of our windows in the house, replaced the front door and side panels and installed siding on all wooden portions of the house.

I thought the company did a great job. We have pets and given that they were working on the entire house, they worked with us to coordinate moving them around. In terms of the work crew, they were extremely courteous, very quick and most important, very good. The windows were installed within 2 days, the door within 2 days and the siding took them about a day. I just thought they did a great job all over.

In addition I wasn't sure about the colors for the shutters and the wood below the window and Oliver, given his experience was really helpful in suggestions and I have to say that I love the colors that he helped me pick out for the aluminum siding. As soon as our roof needs it, that will be the next thing that we call them back to do. Can't say enough good things about them! It's hard to find someone good and once you do, you stick with them!! And we will!!
